Of course it’s natural, normal, and completely appropriate to be scared / worried / concerned or anxious in certain situations. However, if our anxiety is in overdrive it doesn’t serve us quite as well when our mind and body’s immediate ‘go to’ response in all different situations is still automatically one of fear. It’s exhausting. It can have physical effects on our body, can use up all our mental and emotional energy and stops us looking after ourselves, getting enough sleep, and doing things we actually want to do!
So, I’m here to help! And I will start by saying you already have everything you need within you to overcome your anxiety, but often you just need someone to ask you the right questions.
At its heart, coaching is just a conversation with me, and I want nothing other than to compassionately facilitate you to be able to safely let go of and move past any deeply held anxieties, worries, fears, and anything else that might be holding you back from enjoying your life to the full!
I specialise in mBIT coaching, which is a multiple brain integration technique, and that just means our conversation will include some deep and balanced breathing techniques and some gentle yet often profound questions to help you connect with your own mind and body to identify the source(s) of your anxiety, and then build your awareness and resilience, ultimately allowing you to make the wisest decisions on how to safely let go of all the things that no longer serve you.
