Releasing Anxiety – Group Coaching – 20 October – 8 December 2021
For those who are Kent, or Canterbury based. This has been a really challenging 18 months and the pandemic has affected us all in different ways and to different degrees.
Together with the wonderful Liz Hartley, we are running an 8 week in-person Releasing Anxiety Group Coaching programme to help reduce and release anxious thoughts, patterns, and feelings and increase inner calm and resilience.
